What to expect when you contribute to the North Wales Crusaders men's squad.
THE PURPOSE OF THE FUND
Crusaders Builders supports the North Wales Crusaders men's team only. The fund helps the club sign men's players, develop the men's squad and support performance on the pitch. Donations go to the club through its connected Stripe account, less applicable payment-processing fees. This website does not claim registered charitable status or offer Gift Aid.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
You may give a one-off donation or start a recurring monthly contribution in pounds sterling. The website accepts amounts from £1 to £10,000. Amount and frequency are shown before you continue to secure Stripe checkout. Payment is confirmed only once verified by Stripe; a redirect from checkout alone does not confirm a successful donation.
MONTHLY DONATIONS
Monthly contributions are charged each month until you cancel. Use My donations in the browser you used to contribute to open Stripe’s subscription-management portal. Cancellation stops future payments and does not automatically refund previous contributions. To change your monthly amount, cancel the existing subscription and start a new donation. Keep your Stripe receipts for reference if your browser identifier is lost.
FREE SEASON-TICKET ELIGIBILITY
A single successfully paid one-off donation of more than £350 qualifies for one free season ticket for the year. Exactly £350 does not qualify; £350.01 or £400 does. Monthly contributions and multiple smaller one-off payments cannot be combined to qualify. Eligibility is based on the verified amount actually paid, after any checkout discount. The club arranges the ticket using your donor contact details. The applicable season, ticket format and fulfilment arrangements must be confirmed by the club before live launch. Test-mode donations do not qualify for an actual ticket.
MEN’S SQUAD FUND
Every new donation supports the men's team. The club decides how to allocate support across men's player recruitment, squad development and performance. There is no programme-selection dropdown or separate fundraising recipient.
REFUNDS AND QUESTIONS
For duplicate payments, payment mistakes, refund requests or ticket enquiries, contact the club through its official website with your Stripe receipt reference. Refund requests are reviewed by the club and remain subject to applicable consumer rights. Cancelling a monthly subscription is separate from requesting a refund. Do not share your card details or private browser identifier in a support message.
BEFORE REAL DONATIONS BEGIN
Preview checkout uses Stripe’s test environment. The club must connect its live Stripe account and confirm the applicable season-ticket arrangements, donor-data contact and policies before accepting real contributions. No real donation or redeemable season ticket is created by a test payment.
