How essential donor information is handled when you support Crusaders Builders.
WHAT INFORMATION IS USED?
When you donate, you provide your name, email address, contribution amount and donation frequency. Every new contribution is recorded as support for the men's squad. The application keeps the details necessary to record your contribution and any eligible season ticket, together with the Stripe identifiers needed to verify payment and manage your subscription. Stripe processes your payment details. This website does not store your card number, security code or expiry date.
HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION USED?
Your details are used to create checkout, associate your men's-squad contribution with your private donation record, verify payment, provide payment history and arrange any eligible season ticket. Completing a donation does not opt you into marketing emails.
YOUR PRIVATE BROWSER IDENTIFIER
A randomly generated identifier is saved in your browser’s local storage so you can view your own donation history without creating an account. The server stores a hash of this identifier rather than the original value. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see its linked donation history. Clearing local storage or changing browsers removes that access; it does not cancel a subscription or delete Stripe’s payment records. If browser storage is unavailable, access may last only for the current tab.
PAYMENT PROCESSORS AND HOSTING
Essential donation details are handled by the application’s hosting and database providers and by Stripe for payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy explains how it handles payment data. Card entry takes place on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not on this website.
RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS
Essential donation and fulfilment records are kept for payment verification, subscription administration, ticket arrangements and applicable record-keeping obligations. A retention period and the club’s dedicated donor-data contact should be confirmed before live launch. For access, correction or deletion enquiries, contact North Wales Crusaders through the official club website. Some financial records may need to be retained under applicable law.
PREVIEW AND TEST PAYMENTS
When checkout is marked Stripe test mode, no real money is collected. Do not enter real card details in a test checkout. Test-mode ticket eligibility is for demonstrating the website only and does not create a redeemable ticket.
